"The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with in my entire adult life. I had several policies to include two homes and three cars. I filed a claim for water damage and was denied payment and was told it was denied due to wrong type of coverage. It was a homeowner primary residence, but it was a rental. When I told them that I informed agent that one residence was a rental when I applied for the insurance. I was told it was still my fault that the wrong policy was activated. I was told that they keep records of all conversations and interactions with customers, but conveniently there are no records on my interactions. I also searched and found out that they are known to not pay claims, especially homeowners. There are complaints all over the web. If you need insurance. Find more reputable companies such as USAA, Farmers, Travelers and Allstate."
